At SLS Fashion World, we take great care to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if there’s an issue, we’re here to help — but with some simple and fair guidelines to protect both you and our small business.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item
  • You report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the delivery
  • You provide a full and clear unboxing video taken from the moment the package    is opened

2. Unboxing Video is Mandatory

To initiate any return, replacement, or refund request:

  • You must share an unedited unboxing video showing the entire process from package opening to product display.
  • The video should clearly show the outer packaging, product label, and the issue (if any).
  • Requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible for return or refund.

This helps us verify genuine issues and prevent fraudulent claims.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Slight color variations (due to lighting or screen differences)
  • Personal dislike or change of mind
  • Items purchased on sale, discount, or during special offers
  • Customized or altered items

4. Return Process

If your return request is valid:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via Email/WhatsApp/Instagram DM
  2. Provide your order number, issue description, and unboxing video
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive the return shipping address and instructions

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the issue is due to our error.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit.
  • Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders once placed cannot be canceled or modified after confirmation.
  • Exceptionally, if cancellation is requested before dispatch, a processing fee may apply.
